Returns / Exchanges

New York State (NYS) Law prohibits the return of alcoholic beverages for any reason. However, the State Liquor Authority authorizes wine stores to accept the return of wine from a customer only if the merchandise is defective in quality. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery.
Refunds on defective wines will be issued in the original form of payment.
