Where do you ship your products?
Century can ship its products anywhere in New York State via UPS. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer standard and expedited shipping via UPS Ground and Next Day Air.

Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be picked up by UPS on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be picked up by UPS the following day.

What should I do if my address recently changed?
Please contact Customer Service for changes to your delivery address.

Do I have to be present when my order arrives?
All deliveries require an adult signature. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine orders. UPS will verify ID upon delivery.

What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
UPS will attempt to deliver 3 times. If you miss the delivery, you may be liable for the shipping & handling fee.

Can I order wine during bad weather?
In the case of extreme weather, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during extreme weather, Century Liquor & Wines cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your merchandise upon delivery.

New York State (NYS) Law prohibits the return of alcoholic beverages for any reason. However, the State Liquor Authority authorizes wine stores to accept the return of wine from a customer only if the merchandise is defective in quality. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery.

Refunds on defective wines will be issued in the original
form of payment.

Contact Customer Service for order cancellations or modifications or changes to the delivery address. If an order has shipped the ability to cancel or modify may be limited.
